We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund within 30 days provided the merchandise is accompanied by your original receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. FineSilverSale cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. We therefore suggest that you insure all parcels. Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing cycles. Your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

Overnight – $28
For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 12PM EST. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 12PM EST through Friday 12PM EST will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11AM EST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.
